Fast, Friendly and Efficient
No one was at the location at which I had booked an in-person appointment (218 Poplar - a private residence) and no one answered the customer service number when I called. Extremely unprofessional.
Would not use this service again. They could not certify my id at the virtual appointment at Staples. This they told me, after I paid my money. They booked me for an in person visit (all good) and transferred my payment to the in person notary but kept $10 of my payments said it was for some electronic reason. Absolutely no explanation of this up front. Not about the money. About the principal.
