I think I dodged a bullet (judging from the reviews)! I was assigned a reverse mortgage applicaton. I called and left 2 messges for the borowers to call back. No one did. I completed a signing for them in November 2022 and have not been paid. They should not be contracting notaries if they cannot pay them! I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this is obviously an issue as many other notaries have not received payment.

They dont pay their notaries. Like many other notaries on this website, I have sent several emails and phone calls and no one will answer. I wonder if they are business any more. I would not give them a 1 star, but it would not let me post without giving them a star.

I am with DMG Notaries and like others here and on other review sites I have done work for this company and they are refusing to pay. I did a closing for Notarize 24/7 and after I reached out to clarify their payment terms and I was given an initial response that they were going through a transition period and that they were behind on payments. I waited 30 more days and sent a follow-up email to see if I needed to invoice them or if there was anything I might be able to do to help expedite things. My email was immediately re... read more

I'm a notary who worked for them. I did a signing for them in December 2022 and have never been paid. They do not reply to inquiries regarding payment status. Do not answer their phone, nor email. If your an ************** or any company looking to use them as A **************** DO NOT USE THEM. They don't pay the Notary who performs the work. If I could give them a Zero star I would.

Refuse to pay for services rendered! All correspondence & calls unattended to! All i want is my money!
