Rival was an outstanding nail tech. The issue is with the lack of business professionalism, consumer rights and ethics from the "management" and ownership. Be LEARY.

Want a manicure that lasts a month and looks like you just had it done the other day? Nota nail salon is the place. Its a Russian manicure. Not totally sure the definition of that but there is no soaking. They use an electric tool to get your dry winter cuticles immaculate. I have been visiting Nota Salon for a long time now, and I can confidently say that the quality, hygiene, service, and professionalism of the masters are absolutely top-tier.
