Nota nails is fabulous ! They do a great job and the studio is immaculate . Viktoria is the absolute best . They also give you little treats to snack on while you are receiving the best Russian mani / pedis around. Highly recommend them .
Rival was an outstanding nail tech. The issue is with the lack of business professionalism, consumer rights and ethics from the "management" and ownership. Be LEARY.

Want a manicure that lasts a month and looks like you just had it done the other day? Nota nail salon is the place. Its a Russian manicure. Not totally sure the definition of that but there is no soaking. They use an electric tool to get your dry winter cuticles immaculate.
