I ordered my cake by messenger, sent the picture and got exactly what I wanted. Customer service was great and the cake delicious.
I recently ordered a cake from here and was extremely impressed! I showed a picture of what I wanted and they made it happen! It was also so delicious. I will for sure be returning.
They did not fill my order as I instructed Cupcakes were wrong color and no filling inside as I paid for. The counter girl was rude and did not acknowledge I was even there . Then I asked for the icing to cover the cake and they didn’t even do that . Terrible service . I will never use them again and I will share my terrible experience .
We had our daughters third birthday cake done, and let me just say it turned out WAY better than expected! And tasted so good and I’m not a cake person! She was very friendly and we can’t wait to get more! Even brought home so cupcakes when i picked up, they were delicious as well! Totally worth the two hour drive!
Has been a favorite of mine for years, drove 45 mins out today to bring my kids and had a bad experience customer service is everything I usually recommend them but unfortunately I won’t be returning.
I couldn't have asked for better service. The cakes and cupcakes were so moist, and I don't know how they managed to get the colored layers to come out so vibrant but it was the best i have ever seen, and their art is on point. I will def be using them for all of my future needs! Thank you guys so much
We ordered cupcakes and a smash cake for my kids’ birthday party and everything turned out perfect!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was ready exactly when it was supposed to be. The smash cake was cuter than I could have ever imagined, and of course everything was delicious!!!
Best cupcakes ever!!! They also have great customer service!!!
