EXCELLENT! I never met him before, but Joe came over and gave us an excellent quote. He has been in the business for decades. He knows what he is doing. We scheduled a new Furnace AND A/C Unit install in October. They said it would take two days and it did exactly. Nik (the installer who works with Joe) was very respectful and very clean.
