As someone who is shy and very nervous, Susan made me feel so at ease and comfortable. This is my second bikini wax and this was the least painful out of the two experiences. She was very patient with me and wasn’t rude when I had a couple moments that were hard. She was quick, very efficient and walked me through the process before starting. She also gave me advice on some ways to help with razor burn that I get frequently. Really awesome gal and very affordable! 10/10. Best experience.
