Scam artists I had the worst experience with this shop. Several shops in El Paso were over booked on Valentines day and this one said they had one arrangement and since they were in the area they could definetely deliver before 3pm. My fiance never recieved them; when i called they said they would call me back which they also forgot. So I called again and the manager Ms. Vanessa Rodriguez and George were extremely rude and even hung up on me.
