The first time I ordered lunch to go, it was incredibly busy and two employees were bickering with each other behind the counter. Uncomfortable. Gave the place a second chance and ordered a salad that was supposed to have goat cheese as one of the ingredients listed. It had NONE. There are only six ingredients for the salad...how can you miss that? Disappointing.
I have never been disappointed by the food or the customer service. Everyone there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and you walk in and everyone always has a smile on their face. My favorite lunch place in Green Bay!!!

This morning I was notified that the VP of one of our customers was flying in from out of state. I called Not By Bread Alone to set up catering for lunch and the very nice and helpful man I spoke with said they were pretty booked up for delivery but they could still squeeze me in. Jen put together a birthday party menu for my fathers birthday party on short notice. Very short notice! 3 entrees, veggies, gluten free options, apps, desserts. In simple terms - flawless. Everyone raved about the food and the service. It would have been impressive if she had weeks to prepare it. Days?! Amazing! Thank you!
