Sarah will always fully consult with you, figure out what exactly you’re looking for, and actively listen. Come prepared with your ideas, but she will also patiently walk you through some questions to make sure you’re on the same page (even if you don’t speak the hair lingo). She’s built up a nice client base and can do all sorts of haircuts, and does my root touch-ups.

Not a Bakery is the best hair salon experience I’ve ever had. Sarah is absolutely incredible. I have no hair knowledge at all, and she manages to take my Pinterest screenshots, hopes and dreams, and bad descriptions and turns them into something beautiful, and always exactly what I wanted. I’ve gone to her for color, trims, and big chops and have always been thrilled. I used to always leave my old salons a little disappointed, but not anymore. Celena was enthusiastic, compassionate and well versed in her profession. The salon chair is not always my favorite place to be but I felt incredibly comfortable and accommodated from the moment I walked in the door today. I usually only get my haircut once a year but will definitely be back to see Celena sooner.
