Dr Daniel's is a very good dr but the front desk workers are the worst they put u no hold for long periods of time or never come back .they are the worst

Dr Daniel needs more people skills I guess they don’t teach you that in school you either were raised with it or you’re not, because he ignores you and only talks to the medical assistant when I’m bringing you business.

If you're going to keep people waiting for 2+ hours, let them know what to expect. I'm sure it's not pleasant to constantly deal with frustrated patients, but in my experience, it always helps to set expectations, acknowledge people when they are frustrated, and just apologize even if you feel it's not your fault. You're not the only people who deal with frustrated clients. Acting dismissive does none of us any good. After all, it's not your patients who are overbooking or mismanaging the calendar. Do yourself a favor and find another OBGYN. I tried to make an appointment over the phone, they told me they will call me back and see. Called me back to let me know they can book me and took down my insurance, name and phone number, and I set an appointment for the next week. I thought it was strange that no one reached out the day before to confirm the appointment. I went into the office at 4pm on a weekday ( the time of the appointment) and told them I’m checking in.
