I went to see her at Gwinnett Kaiser Permanente on 11/28/2022. My appointment was at 4:20 P.M, but she was late and showed up at 5:00 P.M. When she came in she did not greet and explain why she was late to me. During the diagnostic she did not wash her hands and wear gloves, and she touched my face and my eyes with her bare hands. Who know what she did with her hand before she came in the room to see me.
