I was a client of James Hollar for over 10 years. I trusted him and only checked in on my rates every now and then. I recently got lax and didn’t notice the tremendous rate hikes that were automatically being deducted from my account for auto, homeowner’s and personal umbrella. I now found out we have a new agent, Nosa Omoragbon. We added a teen driver, which I understand and am fully aware of, but the rate changes started before that and continued after the change.
