After many many years of seeing different therapist or councilors and trying to 'struggle through' with daily anxiety and long periods of overwhelming panic I knew I needed to do something. James has a really good mix of method and empathy in his therapy. He will reassure you when things are tough but also remind you of the progress you are making and what you have learned. I really believe I have developed solid foundations to manage my mental health and cope with the inherent uncertainty in life.

My daughter suffered anixety from the lockdown and after trying tablets from the doctors and four other therapists we could hardly get her out of the house. Within 4 weeks David had her going out on a regular basis and attending school fully. Now after 3 months she is completely back to normal, no longer taking tablets and able to deal with her anixety. I can’t thank them enough
