Beware of late shows to appointments, they will cancel your appointment and charge you 50 dollars for no service. Even if a few minutes late, horrible.

Went in for a haircut, left with less length and HALF my head of hair in thickness. The stylist thinned out my hair so much without asking. So disappointed and devastated. Reached out and they are ignoring me.

Kazuma has given me two of my favorite haircuts of all time. The first time I saw him was for a pretty drastic cut (from long chest-length layered hair to a medium-length mini-mullet style), so I was really nervous beforehand. He immediately put me at ease and gave me a cut that I've gotten SO many compliments on (someone in Tompkins Square Park literally came over to the bench I was sitting on to tell me I had "movie star" hair lol). Akane is AMAZING! I keep going back to her because she is so good at listening to what I want but also suggesting what would look good for my face. Not only is she an incredibly skilled stylist, but she’s also just the sweetest person. Her attention to detail and the care she put into my haircut really shows. Also she gave me the best tips for Japan and took so much extra time with me to share recs for my trip :) thanks Akane
