I have been going to NOS on Ina and Shannon as my “go to” computer assistance for several years. Their pricing is extremely fair, and customer service is just paired down to good old fashion, neighborhood friendly, back-slapping, let’s get it done mentality. Phone repair service ��� customer service was not good. took my phone in for a cracked screen repair and had to wait a month.. phone never worked after screen was replaced. Waist of money.

Hi Jenny, I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. We have not heard from you since we did your phone back in March of this year, so we had no idea you were so unhappy with the sevice we provided. We communicated with you up front that the part required to fix your phone was going to take a month to arrive once we orderd it.
