Run, don’t walk, away from this VERY unprofessional company. My grandfather had been hiring this man for years to do work for him, along with a few other elderly people in my family. He is such a rip off! He claimed he was giving my grandfather a “discount” on a “new” A/C unit, but what really happened is that he charged him 6k to install an out of date, old school A/C unit, and within 24 hours it stopped working. Darrell and his team were prompt, professional and efficient. We are so pleased with the way the entire job was handled, from the first call to our installation.
Unprofessional and NOT quality work! He installed a new HVAC system inside and outside in a home I was purchasing. Needless to say he did nothing but trade out the system and damage my property. Nothing was up to code and he left me with fire hazards and I am STILL having to call other professionals in to fix his mess. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Great experience. He did an 18 point maintenance on our unit. Very efficient, friendly, and informative. Would definitely use again.
