Very rude on the phone. Not taking new clients, very rude about it and said they did not need more clients. Maybe in the Fall but probably not. Cut me off in mid sentence to tell me i could not make an appointment. I had several friends say they were a decent vet with decent prices because they were a country vet. I think i will stick with the city vets. I mean this person answering the phone had no manners at all.

I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
