Affordable and safe. Apts are a bit dated, but no complaints; well worth the money. It's one of the cheapest places to live near RU. If you're looking to party and have a fun time, this IS NOT the spot to be.
I have enjoyed my time at Norwood Station Apartments so far! I am going into my 3rd year living here and couldn’t be happier! It is located far enough away from the university so most of the renters are not college students and it makes for a nice quiet living environment and the rent is reasonably priced. The apartment is incredibly spacious and maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely fashion. The property manager Barbra is absolutely wonderful, kind, and caring. I plan on living here until I move out of Radford.
