This is so sad the dryer been down going on 3 months every time I call the office they say still working on it don't make no damn since to me I can't wait till my lease is up in gone please anyone looking for some where to stay don't come here because you will be disappointed 😞😞😞😞😞Â
It been 2months & the dryer not working because there is no gas on when I call the office tell them about it they say the gas bill is paid I really believe it's not & I reported about the main door not locking its going on 2weeks I'm very concerned because that door is safety but now it's not still broken I'm so tired of this place please hope don't no one move in these apartments im a disappoint tenant Â
I been in Norwood ct apartment for about 9 years everything was going smooth until a new company took over I can't wait till my lease is up because I'm moving if something breaks it's just broke want get fix for weeks are months you call the office no one answer the phone and if they do they don't know nothing it just so sad and ridiculous here nowÂ
I’ve been living in my unit since December 2020, I’ve lived on the property since December 2019. First unit got broken into, I moved since it was on the first floor, but the second unit has been great and secure. Only problem with the second unit is EVERYTHING is outdated. Kitchen is horribly outdated with Rotten cabinets, with holes that mice somehow can find ON THE 3rd FLOOR. I lived on the first floor, NEVER had a rodent problem, and I CLEAN. I have lived in this area for 5+ years and management has always been hospitable and pleasant .this is truly a complex that cares about their tenants . Recently had some new carpet installed and it feels like a brand new home. Would highly recommend. Â
