We have known Eric for decades when we were customers of his at a range of dealerships. He currently looks after a variety of our cars and is highly recommended. He is a hard worker, is meticulous, has a can-do mentality and has the experience to diagnose troublesome issues where dealerships are unable to do so unless the computer tells them. I’ve seen many marques in his workshop but can personally say from experience that he is exceptional with Mercedes Benz, BMW, Smart, AMG, Land Rover and Porsche.
I absolutely trust Eric with my Mercedes. He is a wealth of knowledge and experience and is such a friendly guy to deal with. Highly recommended.
