My first time visiting Norwood Medical centre was able to easily get an appointment with Dr Hue who was exceptional very thorough took the time to find out results and examine. Two follow up phone calls with my results saving me another trip into the practice. The only thing was the front reception isn’t very private to discuss information, which felt a bit awkward.
Dr Hew and Dr Low have been my son’s and my doctors for years now, and I am so grateful for the care we have received from both of them. They are incredibly professional, thorough and caring. I always feel comfortable and listened to, and most importantly, my toddler feels comfortable and at ease with them too. Went here for our visa medical.... Was quick and easy .. staff was friendly and lovely. I am afraid of needles and the lady taking the blood samples was quite good. Kept me at easy... Didn't have to wait too long either. There's a 2hr covered parking at the rear as well.
The staff and doctors are wonderful
Reception staff are not very nice but doctors are incredible here
