New manager is rude and office is not open. Have left plenty of notes that the bathroom walls on the corner are falling apart nothing too be done

There is constantly a problem. Parking is a huge one. Mishaps to our vehicles by other residents is a big problem. The property manager doesn’t do anything but give excuses. They don’t have surveillance in the parking lot and that is her same excuse every time we address something. But scratches and dents to our car we are supposed to turn a blind eye on?
