These guys are excellent,
I had my first experience with Norwood Equipment and couldn't' be happier. I had an issue with the side discharge chute on my mower where the spring that keeps the door closed became disengaged. I dropped the mower off on Monday, received a call from them early Tuesday morning and they said if you don't use the side discharge chute we can just bolt it closed which I agreed to vs having the spring replaced.
