Sandy is a very nice doctor—kind and passionate. Dr Song is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor. He can perform a tooth removal that could cost thousands if we did it with a specialist. As a long-term customer, I highly recommend Bupa members go there.
I’ve had more than 15 fillings in the past, and none of them ever cracked. This time, however, I returned with my first cracked tooth just a year later. I didn’t want to blame anyone, as the tooth wasn’t in great condition to begin with, but it was unpleasant to hear “just your teeth issue” The doctor seemed professional, but today felt rushed. Dr. Sandy Tan is an amazingly gentle and competent dentist. I was very nervous about a tooth extraction that I knew could possibly be very difficult. Dr. Sandy Tan calmed my nerves and was able to remove the tooth with no pain and a minimum of fuss. I am very grateful for her exceptional service, and that of the professional team at the clinic.
