This clinic has been nothing but amazing! They have a “homey” feeling to the clinic so there is not this huge wave of anxiety as you are entering the building. The staff are very welcoming, the dental assistants and Dr.Chin are very amazing, very kind, and very gentle. They have done such an amazing job with my daughter as well as myself. I will continue to keep coming back
I am an anxious dental patient. Went to Norwood on a recommendation and am grateful I did. This family office (too many are owned by big coros) made me feel safe and in good hands. Never ever has a dentist's office cared so much about what makes the experience good for me. They truly live up to the values they advertise. Highly recommend!
We took our 4-year old son for a checkup at Norwood Dental and he loved it. His review: "They tickled my teeth, I got to choose bubblegum flavour AND I got a green goblin toy. I really like my present, everyone was so nice. I want to go this dentist again with Mom". We'll be back, I can't recommend Norwood Dental highly enough.
This is far and away the best dental practice I've ever experienced. I'm incredibly impressed by the measures the staff take to ensure your visit is as comfortable and successful as possible.
