We sent a late message for a next day appointment request not expecting a response until the next business day. Not only did we receive a reply to our message we had a call from Dr Chin, an appt for the next day and treatment . Amazing service and excellent experience .
Great neighborhood dental practice! They are always friendly and cheerful. They offer Netflix and a weighted blanket, and beverage while you wait.
Everyone was so friendly and the staff had my daughter feeling so comfortable and laughing to ease the stress. I love the fact that they ask her to fill out a comfort form before they gets started to see if needs anything to assist her like a fidget, ear plugs, blanket etc. They also have an amazing toy room for kids to pick from after their appt. Awesome dental clinic, especially for kids! Their toy room is what dreams are made of - my kid is stoked to go to the dentist now.
Very disorganized, the front staff I dealt with were rude and it seems all they care about is what goes in their pocket. Go elsewhere! The dentist Dr Emily however was great which is why they got 2 stars.
