I've gone here for a few years and I've had enough. The contant calling to move appt dates and times as well as the long wait time for your appointment. My husband waited 45 mins after his appointment to simply pay and get his paper work. Feels like they have overbooked themselves constantly. Frustrating because this office is so close to home but not worth my time.
I’m Honestly disappointed with my experience at this office when I was going here i honestly thought they did a good job they seemed like they covered all their bases while I was going I got told i had a few tiny cavity’s that Dr.Chin filled up but recently I had switched dentist, I found out I have a large cavity that has progressed so bad it may need a root canal I’m frustrated this could have potentially been caught sooner and avoided an invasive procedure.
