So I asked for just a cleaning! They took me through a whole process of not listening to my request saying don't worry the government is paying! Spent all my insurance money left me with nothing if i needed an emergency tooth problem! And charged me for stuff that was covered! That wasn't cool. Don't recommend them. 0 stars , my teeth were barely touch for my cleaning looked the same when I got home. No wonder they gave me bunch of stuff got to have paid extra for something.. gees
Best dentist experience ever ! Every single staff member at Norwood is amazing, they make you feel so comfortable and taken care of ! Dr.Chin is so kind, honest, explains everything ; and never pressures you to get extra dental work that isn’t necessary. Can’t recommend enough!

I consistently feel comfortable and at ease when I receive outstanding dental hygiene and services. Tony, the hygienist, is excellent, and Emily, the dentist, is exceptional. I have complete confidence in their ability to care for my entire family. From the welcoming receptionist to the attentive hygienist, assistant, and doctors, everyone genuinely shows compassion and goes out of their way to ensure I feel comfortable and supported. This clinic consistently exceeds our expectations with its kindness and dedicated care.
This office is very friendly. Dr. Chin is a very thorough and compassionate dentist.
