I went to the norwood auto parts store on asbury Ave in Neptune and purchased a 5 quart container of oil. It seemed expensive, so I checked somewhere else and found it for 13 dollars less. I bought it there and went back to norwood to return the oil I had just bought. I was told by a very rude staff that it was not returnable. Supposedly it was company policy. This is crazy because it was an hour later and the same salesman. I checked their policy and it doesn't say anything about this. This whole experience left a bad taste... read more
