I’ve stayed here for two years now, it very quite no one bothers you . The community has gotten better as a whole since Mr. Brandon started managing the apartments, He is very easy going and your able to talked him, he does listen to reason and has been very helpful since the day I’ve made contact with him. The office is homely and very welcoming. I’ve definitely seen improvement. My first time visiting the property an upon arrival I was greeted by Mr.Brandon who was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about the pricing and property, he understood my desires and budget, he told me about the special that was currently available which was a major plus, and provided me with all the information needed to apply. Within the last couple of months the onsite management has changed. New Maintenance and Property Manager both seem focused on providing us with better service and better overall living experience in our community. I am seeing the change already… smiling faces and professional personalities help me rest a little more easier than before.
I lived there for almost two years. My lease was not renewed because I complained about mold, ceiling (popcorn) falling almost hitting my face while I slept. First apartment I moved in had mold all over. So they did move me but I went from paying 885 to over 1300 for a studio. Then when I did move they tried to charge me almost 3,000 dollars.
