I lived there for almost two years. My lease was not renewed because I complained about mold, ceiling (popcorn) falling almost hitting my face while I slept. First apartment I moved in had mold all over. So they did move me but I went from paying 885 to over 1300 for a studio. Then when I did move they tried to charge me almost 3,000 dollars. Honestly it was a blessing at first but when the paint dried this place was horrible no one is never in the office I had moved when my lease was up and they charge 150 for clean up but in actuality they took my whole deposit stating i left stuff inthe apartment and the only that was left in there was dust from off the fans.... I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies because they are so ratchet especially for the price they're charging.....
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE! I lived in this complex for a year, and it was a terrible experience from day one. The apartment was in poor condition: the flooring, which is just a sticker, was peeling off; the cabinet doors didn’t close properly; and there were cockroaches in the cabinets. The closet doors didn’t work, and the air conditioning was a joke—it didn’t cool or heat adequately, had water leaks, and by the end of my stay, I discovered it was full of mold.
