If you drive in the apartment it’s fairly nice on the outside. Once I got to view the property it was a mess the inside of the property looked like an old apartment from 1999. The AC unit in the living room looks like a hotel……it’s made like a hotel & it’s very dark, but the property manager is very nice and helpful. I paid the 621 to move in the 28th of February before I seen the property but once I seen it I hated the property they was suppose to send the deposit back but once I called today they are just sending it off to... read more
DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PROPERTY!! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PROPERTY. While I appreciate the personality of the woman who helped me get an apartment at this location, I have deemed this property/ unit dangerous , dirty and uninhabitable. Upon moving in I experienced multiple issues with the conditions of the apartment. Constant water leaks being a major one. The plumbing and water distribution is unbalanced. Multiple apparatus' need fixing/ replacing. Air conditioning unit rarely works consistently. A Huge water print on living r... read more
Funny story...I used to live at this same complex almost 30 years ago. The single level design very much appeals to me. No neighbors stomping around above me. ;) The property manager, Latavia Davis, was a Godsend from day one! She helped me figure out the application forms when I missed something, she was very thorough when showing me all the available, remodeled units and she always returned my calls if she wasn't available when I first called the office. I took a family member to apply and the Property Manager Latavia is such a professional, kind person with a good spirit! She is a great property manager!
It's been a year since moving here. Our reason to come back to city to be with our grandson. I did not want to live in a high rise senior center...I need to step on dirt or grass...I AM.. My daughter found the apartments....within 25 minutes from them, our older daughter, sister and niece... Blessed! and enjoying our little man. From the start of this journey, Latavia, office manager has been most supportive in seeing problems get resolved in a timely manner.
