I called several vet clinics and got quotes and looked at reviews. I chose to go with Norwood because based on price and the outstanding reviews I found online, they seemed the best. I set the appointment and told the receptionist what we needed, and she gave me a quote based on that. My husband took our dog in and when he came home, I found out bill to be double what I was quoted. They did a test that they told him was required for their facility on all animals. My wife and I have had a bad experience with Norwood Animal Clinic. In our opinion, they are more concerned with taking our money than our pets. We've been working very closely with Dr. Ben for the past 2 months to diagnose and get Harry healthy from a mystery abscess-causing beast. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Ben and the staff at Norwood - they've been incredibly responsive to all my phone calls, they've been polite and compassionate, and they've genuinely cared about Harry Houdini and his family. We've got a long road ahead to continue treating Harry and I am grateful we have such an amazing vet in Dr. Ben walking this road.
The staff is incredible! Great group who are VERY patient with my crazy little puppy.
