Came in for a cleaning today (2/5/2021) knowing I had multiple cavities. Dental hygienist was wonderful with me. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was really great. The dentist, I guess it was dr. Mayer check. Older man had me in tears by the time I got to my car. Absolutely zero bedside manner and was extremely ignorant, making me feel like a horrible person for not coming in sooner or taking care of myself better. I was appalled. What a horrible experience I had today!!!! My daughter was schedule for 2 appointments this month. I got a call saying that they needed to change the 2/2/2021 to 2/3 for the cleaning and keep the existing appointment 2/8 for the filling.I even got a conformation via text. However I got 3 text messages for 3 different appointments and time. So, I just went with the verbal exchange that the appointment was change. The staff and Dentist Dr Deja are all wonderful. Very professional, and do every thing to put you at ease. Theyre very kind and patient..Ive been going there for a few years and have no complaints.. I highly recommend them.
rude unprofessional scretary and dentist insisted on a service i did not want and said i was uncooperative anf i haf to have this service done i cant refuse it i dont have a right to refuse and told me not to bring my son back either
Not a surprise this place has 2 star review. the dentists are great. secretaries- quite the opposite. was refused to be seen after driving 45 min to my appt at 38 weeks pregnant because even tho I received a reminder of my appointment, it was not in the system. then I was threatened to not be rescheduled simply due to my attitude which was completely due to the careless incompetence of BOTH secretaries.
