Came in for a cleaning today (2/5/2021) knowing I had multiple cavities. Dental hygienist was wonderful with me. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was really great. The dentist, I guess it was dr. Mayer check. Older man had me in tears by the time I got to my car. Absolutely zero bedside manner and was extremely ignorant, making me feel like a horrible person for not coming in sooner or taking care of myself better. I was appalled. What a horrible experience I had today!!!! My daughter was schedule for 2 appointments this month. I got a call saying that they needed to change the 2/2/2021 to 2/3 for the cleaning and keep the existing appointment 2/8 for the filling.I even got a conformation via text. However I got 3 text messages for 3 different appointments and time. So, I just went with the verbal exchange that the appointment was change.
