It was recommended to receive service here and I was very grateful and appreciative of the service. The staff was very nice.
Took my father in law vehicle up night before appointment told them won’t be back till day after appointment. So it give them time will went back it was not done. They had the vehicle an extra day cause the appointment was for Thursday 830 had it there Wednesday went back Friday around 1130 was not done. No phone call nothing . How can you run a business like that.
Big thank you to Josh. Leon and all the guys at Norwich tire for fixing the tires on my truck that I had put on at another shop locally over the weekend. They took me in quickly and found the problem and resolved it
