I don't live there anymore. After many years I had to leave . It's dirty ,bed bug infested ,unsafe ,poorly managed and un-maintained . A drug house gone unchecked. I would not recommend this place to anyone . RUN . Really deserves zero stars.
Since a new management company recently took over for Conifer and upon arrival of Deanna, a well-educated community manager in the affordable housing industry, this once neglected community is improving. Given the circumstances prior to her arrival, it will take quite some time for her to get back up to speed and the community back to where I had it before, but she is working on it. If anybody is going to do it, she is definitely the lady to get it done! Be patient, be kind, and amazing things will happen.
