Grateful Mom My kids are 15, 12, and 9. I have been with NPG since their births. I have had very good experiences with this practice. Many times I brought my kids in for sick visits, when I probably should have stuck it out at home. They have been very understanding. I have needed forms filled out for camps and immunization records and the office staff has always been helpful. Maxin Anita - Norwich Pediatric Group Pc is awful i can never get through on the phone and when i do i am put on hold for 20 minutes, what is the point of even bringing my kids here they are obviously to busy to care about my kids problems and just put me on hold right away before i even tell them why im calling, so frustrating i ended up just taking them to the walk in clinic.
Norwich Pediatric Group Pc I think this Office is better then most in Noriwch, But I agree with Olga J.'s comment. My Daughter had to go there just the other day for an unexplained high fever of 104.7 Maybe it isn't a big deal to some.. but it was very much to me for her to have a fever like that out of no where. Tylenol or Motrin would not bring it down, I would put her in the tub, but it would only help for a short period of time, So I finally called to take her to be seen and Dr.Sullivan told me things I already tried on ... read more
Depends on who you see... My girlfriend had a negative experience with nurse Burke-Roberts. She was authoritative, condescending and abrupt during the examination of her daughter. The tone of the interaction was judgemental rather than cooperative, and my girlfriend left feeling hurt as a result. People in need of help appreciate some basic respect, and this nurse offered little of that. Choose someone else when visiting this facility.
They are the BEST! They care about your child! The doctors are the BEST! They really care about your child! The nurses are great and always help you with your problem! Fit you in same day if you need to be seen. Only con... you may have to call a few times to get through, but it is so worth it!
Overall very good As others have said, sometimes the front desk can be difficult but that is just a minor annoyance for an otherwise great office. The nurses really care and take their time with the children, especially for vaccinations and scary procedures. Dr. Sullivan is a fantastic doctor. He has treated my asthmatic preteen since he was a small child. It is a comfort to know that he always finds the time to fit us in and is fantastic about finding treatments that really work.
Don't seem to care much We had a rather unpleasant experience with this office. Long time in the waiting room, nurses?? unethical behavior, lack of flexibility and willingness to listen and work with parents to find the best ways to help kids with serious health issues. Very rigid and unwilling to discuss issues; difficult to get adequate explanations. Not working on educating parents. No individual approach to kids. LOVE DR SULLIVAN!!! I love Dr. Sullivan and my kids do too. I HATE HATE HATE calling and making an appointment because the front desk is TERRIBLE!! They are so rude and short and very unprofessional. There is a nurse Carrie that is A DOLL! I wish I could get both of these people every time!! I have left once due to this problem and came back because of Dr. Sullivan. I KNOW he genuinely loves my kids.
