Unprofessional at its finest! They bite off more than they can chew trying to speed through services and deal with more than one client at a time. Speak to each other under their breath about you as if you cannot hear them. Wenny does not take constructive criticism well. My gel manicure lifted consistently to the point of me having to remove it myself before my next appointment. Winnie and Adam certainly out did themselves this time, I absolutely love my nails and my feet feel so good. I absolutely love Norwich Nails and Spa. It’s the only place where they really make you feel like family.

This is my nail salon. I feel like I have tried so many in the area that were too impersonal, rushed, unclean, unwelcoming, and over-priced that Norwich Nails and Spa stands out as the best! Both Adam and Winnie are sweet and funny. I get manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxes done here. The salon is clean and relaxing, and although I am not adventurous enough for a fancy manicure, I love to check out the work Winnie does on other clients. i absolutely love this place! I started coming here last august and i will never go anywhere else! Winny and Adam are so kind and talented at what they do. my acrylic nails last for a long time and never chip or break. Winny makes the appointments so easy and fun with how kind and talented she is and never disappoints with her nail designs. i can’t recommend this place more!
