I dropped off my vehicle at 8 am for them to replace my regulator and passengers side window. I was told it should be done by 1 pm. Got a call at 9:30 and it was done. Great place. Professional. And fast. So glad I found these guys!!!!!!
Quick friendly service!
There's a sign out front looking for glass technicians. TL;DR: They weren't open at 1pm, when they'd made an appointment for me to come by, and didn't answer texts or a call. I left at 1:10pm, and when I returned at 1:30pm, they told me that all the technicians were busy working, and they couldn't help me. I can't speak to the quality of the work, but clearly they are profoundly unprofessional. My insurance company sent me here for a new windshield. Norwich Glass sent me texts to tell me to show up at 1pm and that it'd take ... read more
This place is amazing. Not only do they cut all kinds of glass precisely but they do alot more! I see they sell Weathertech floor mats, commercial doors, hitch wires, I don't really know what all they do but you know they're going to do it right!
Store looks pretty run down. Not impressed with service.
