I hired Home Depot (Bitterlake) for a kitchen remodel and Norwest was the contracted company for the initial measuring and cabinet installation. This project was 9 months of mistakes and while several problems were in relation to product quality of two sinks, the worst of everything began when Norwest sent out an employee to do all the initial measurements which laid the foundation for the entire project. The team was prompt, thorough, and always cleaned up the work area each day as they completed the project. They were respectful and also very good at providing technical advice. Joseph, Andrey, and the team did a great job of finishing the cabinets perfectly. I would be happy to recommend them for your kitchen remodel.
My experience with this company was great. There was constant communication. I know have kitchen cabinets that look amazing. Derek and Tim installed the cabinets quickly. They were professional and had the job done quickly. When my custom cabinets were delivered one of the doors was damaged during transport. When my replacement door was delivered Joe came out and installed the replacement door and the final trim pieces. I just have to say all 3 of these employees were a pleasure to meet. Worst experience. Glad they had one reliable carpenter person working because the project management piece was missing and his work was superb, wish he'd been in on the whole project. . No quality control. No follow up. Didn't complete the job. No contact about punch list items. Have work they did now failing, as in Literally falling out of the ceiling, etc. Grout that has repeatedly cracked. Paid for someone else to come in and clean up the shoddy paint work when they never completed.
NorWest completed an update for two bathrooms in our home. The process and workmanship were amazing. From start to finish, every step of the process from measurement to completion was exceptional. Special call out to both Cody & Tim for their expertise from demo to installation. The plumbing team were also as amazing in resolving several challenging connection issues. Timely, professional, and quality workmanship. Highly recommended!!
