This was an absolute collaborative effort ... We worked with Anastasia Serbaeva from Home Depot to design & order our guest bathroom cabinets. Through Home Depot. Seven months for a small kitchen. Expected us to pick up materials and communicate with subcontractors. Left gaps and dangling waterlines. Slow, snippy, and sloppy. It seems like they take the Home Depot customers for granted and treat them accordingly. Get a real contractor.
OUR NORWEST NIGHTMARE Our experience with this company began when we hired them through Home Depot to have our kitchen and bathrooms remodeled. Things started out fine with the demo crews but what followed turned out to be the biggest nightmare of our lives. The sheet rock installer arrived to do his work and didn’t even have enough sheet rock for the job and as a result had to go out and buy more. I hired Home Depot (Bitterlake) for a kitchen remodel and Norwest was the contracted company for the initial measuring and cabinet installation. This project was 9 months of mistakes and while several problems were in relation to product quality of two sinks, the worst of everything began when Norwest sent out an employee to do all the initial measurements which laid the foundation for the entire project. The team was prompt, thorough, and always cleaned up the work area each day as they completed the project. They were respectful and also very good at providing technical advice. Joseph, Andrey, and the team did a great job of finishing the cabinets perfectly. I would be happy to recommend them for your kitchen remodel.
