I've had my Dr. For years. I am blessed to have such a wonderful doctor.
The system is broken and backwards. This same day appointments rule is ridiculous. If another doctor is covering, I have been given an appointment for the next day. My issue is more related to my wife's experience who is too polite not to leave feedback. The policy is you call after 8:30 and try and get in for that day, i. Meanwhile for my wife to be excused from work she has to give 5 days notice to use leave. How do you do this when you can't prebook an appointment?
