Worst car buying experience yet. Incompetent and arrogant managers, with a pig headed owner at the helm. Will never go back, no matter how many times they change their name.
I had an awful experience not only did this guy finesse me into paying 4300 for a 2000 integra gs that needed both rear calipers rotors and pads. He wouldn’t give me the money back when I returned to let him know 17 days after I got the car that it was burning oil and was down a full two quarts since I had bought it (yes I checked the oil when I got it) he sells lemons and refuses to work with the hard working tax paying people who give him business. Do not buy a car from Norwest auto sales 260 state rd in westport mass this guys sells nothing but lemons and he refuses to repair anything and when you can get him to fix something they hack it up just ask me and I will show you what i mean I will be taking him to court for the full value of this vehicle feel free to share with everybody you know

Please be nice to people. dont stiff them over $7. if you cant let go of $7 what makes you think customers will come here if you can't even offer an honest $7 discount on a $10,000 car? not many. be nice! :) god bless
