I heard they sold out . Maybe for the best last owners was pretty bad . They didn't do anything they own a lot apartments and didn't care for them the only person was nice was the tall guy . The woman was always rude when you ask for repairs . But since I heard they sold out to the people that own hilltop .maybe people that lives in these apartments will enjoy living there now the 3 stars was for the last owners
