I was just there visiting a relative and I noticed a man sitting in a wheel chair he tried to get up 3 or 4 times and the man kept telling him to sit down, everytime this man tried to get up his pants were falling down, it was so heartbreaking to see.Staff that work there are very rude to the patients, get annoyed if you push the button for assistance, not sure if they are under staff or if they just don't like their job. it is very depressing there. they should have some activities for the patient to do such as play bingo, ... read more

I have only been a visitor but, having visited many times to many facilities to visit family members and friends, I am keenly aware of the differences among health care facilities. I can sum up my 5 star rating by saying that I felt guilty for a long time that I had not tried to get a place at this facility for my dear mother. Everyone deserves a friendly, caring staff and surroundings that are clean and pleasing to the eye.

My mother is here on this date and the nurses have very little control over the aids which is a major problem . I find the nurses to be very professional and hard working . I have visited the facility at different times of the day and have found the nurses are feeding the patients while the aids are no where to be found. I suspect the aids are cheap labor a poor management decision. .My mother has lost over 45 pounds in 2 months and has been hosplized two time for dehydration .Mom has dementia and needs assistance eating and... read more

I am extremely disappointed and upset by the service provided by Norwegian "Christian" Home and "Health" Center. The nurses and aids are rude but not only that, they do not take care of their patients from what I have witnessed with my own eyes. If my grandfather asked for a second glass of water, he was told "no you already had one". If my grandfather needed to use the bathroom, he was told to wait, and by wait, he waited over 20 minutes. Were you able to get all of your questions answered while you were at this senior care facility? Some were answered Was it easy to find parking at this senior care facility? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does the staff at this senior care facility always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.

Would you recommend this nursing home to others? No Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Do you feel like this provider's office is well staffed? No Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Did this nursing home answer all of your questions? Some were answered

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere
