The system is complex, unreliable, has error and failure prone computer controls and requires lots of maintenance. Norweco refuses to provide parts or service manuals. My septic system is by FAR the most troublesome piece of equipment I have ever owned, and as soon as possible I'll be tearing it out. Avoid this company and their equipment like Ebola.
Quick unload if you deliver here. Good bunch of people but they told me no overnight staging even though there's room in the back for it
I have a Norweco Hydro Kinetic system, it cost about $50k to install. It is as good as what goes in it, always needing repairs and expensive mandatory yearly maintenance contracts mandated by government. In the first 2 years the recirculation pump died 3 times, luckily under warranty, now 4 years in and the air pump is dying. Over $500 yearly maintenance contract plus expensive low quality parts.
