I had a positive experience with the first woman I talked to my 1st appointment that explained the process to me, but then when I went to the 2nd woman in the office at the end of the hall on the right it definitely was the worst. My daughter is 3 and didn't want to leave the waiting area since she was playing with another little boy, so she was upset and kept pulling me to go back so she can play more... the lady asked me right away if I've ever had her in some kind of behavioral therapy to help her outbursts... oh sorry sh... read more
