Regret moving here I moved here a few months before Venture Management sold the property. If I were informed by them that they were planning to sell I would not have signed a lease here. Now Coves Living, a company with no website or reviews, bought the place and the apartments have gone downhill fast. People regularly smoke on the grounds with no repercussions when this is supposed to be a smoke free complex.
