BAD COMPANY Norwalk tire and auto did a front end alignment on my car Oct 2012 it was done 1 day after I spend 1200.00 on new tires. 4 months later a vibration starts I took my car to the place where I bought my tires and they said that the front tires were worn down already only after 3000 miles tire shop said you're alignment was off. Bad Tire Service I went to go get my oil changed. He told me that my tires were old and they needed to be changed. So, I paid for four new tires. When I got home, only three were new. I drove back to the shop and told him my problems. He said he was sorry and would have to order the tire. By the time done, I spent 5 hours in the shop. Trust me, it’s not worth your money. He was thief of your money and a very bad man.

That's to bad I have used this shop many times and have been very happy with the service. They are prompt, informative, and reliable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Will not use again I have always used a Honda dealer for service but made the mistake of using this shop to replace a timing belt in a civic. This shop ended up charging me more than dealer and, as I found out later, they did not even replace the other belts as the Honda dealer would have done. Things get worse. A few weeks later, the car stops running. Not knowing what the issue was, the car was towed to the Honda dealer.
