We had an excellent experience at Stamford Radiology. They scheduled my daughter very quickly, which was a huge help. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very patient, kind, and respectful, and made everything easy to arrange. The front desk staff were welcoming and polite, and the MRI technologists were outstanding—very professional, gentle, and respectful throughout the entire visit. Front staff was very rude to my mom. Delayed check in and was off putting helping her understand paperwork. Apparently they were older so this came as a shock to her. She mentioned how unkept it seemed like the office was as well as the changing room she was given. Ruined her day and she is no longer a pt there.
6 well deserved stars if possible! Had an ultrasound. They are very professional and kind. They call center is the best and very compassionate and helpful.
