Erica checked me in and was extremely personable, professional and efficient. After being in horrible traffic, it felt good to be w/ smiling, welcoming Erica. What a pleasure she is! And, Liza! She administered my mammogram and bone density test and was professional, caring & thoughtful throughout. Her efficiency and instructions were the best I’ve ever had. I trusted her implicitly! Have tried reaching a Human Being for the past 45 minutes! Spent all this time hitting prompt after prompt! Finally get someone in the Philippines! What has happened to our Medical System!? Requested someone in the United States, silly me to ask such an impossible request.
