Terrible rude front office staff
Worst place when it comes to speaking with the billing department , they are impossible to get a hold of and have no idea what they are talking about. They have no idea about billing. Finally after an hour of being on hold getting cut off twice, we get the worst customer service rep who was beyond patronizing. I’ve never been so frustrated with a place in my life. Norwalk Radiology you need to change your billing dept. waiting times are too long, the employees are incompetent. Absolutely maddening!
