I had an appointment with Elida on Wed May 18,2022. It ended up being a long appointment with all the paperwork. Social security and things to sign. Elida was professional,kind,sweet and very compassionate. I can't begin to thank you for all that you did that day. Thanks for helping my brother move into his new home there are no words to describe how great you are thanks again JR
The "Manager" is a drunk and you never know what mood you'll catch her in. She is verbally abusive to disabled tenants and has been known to not only yell at them, but to berate them. The Manager is an unprofessional drunk. You need to record your conversations with her because she lies. The apartments themselves are decent and quiet. However, don't be fooled by the amenities that are listed...there isn't a clubhouse or fitness center, nor is there a computer room. There is a "community room", but you have to fill out forms ... read more
Overall it's a great place to live. Peaceful and safe, clean,And everyone is friendly. The only issue is it's behind the Holt Shopping center (Buddies Bart & Grill) and during the summer you can hear the music from their patio party nights. Otherwise is a great place to live. Plus the community park plays music on Thursdays every week during the summer from all generations, from the 40s to current and if you like you're windows I open its very loud and not always the best sound either. Linda Neely is not doing her job. i lived there for 2yrs she never had any problems with me paying my rent, or nothing. i am a honest person. don't mind helping anybody that needs the help. N i loved it there. Every month I'm passing out ice cream to the kids over there, and they loved me, Teddy bear for doing that. i didn't do drugs, or sale it. but i was changed.to make a long story short, i had to move because of that charge. This is the worst place to live in crystal city.1 reason is the Manager that runs the place.Linda Neelys manager skills are the worst.anyone who would keep this lady in the position she is in is obviously a nut job as well.She side's w/ others when you have a problem and smiles at you as you tell her w/ a look like she is getting off on it.Who she side's w/"Mostly the Black's,Meth,Crack,Weed,Etc Dealers" maybe cause she 's scared- another reason she should not be manager here.
