I booked an appointment with Dr. Mcnicol and it was cancelled without my knowledge. I arrived at the office in Stratford and the first words out of the receptionists mouth to me were "No" when I said I had an appointment at 2. Absolutely do not come here. Trash service.
Very attentive, actually makes patient feel "heard" and reviews file (not necessarily common these days, I've found). Compassionate, gentle, kind, highly knowledgeable and excellent calming bedside manner. Office is highly organized and efficient and also kind to patients, particularly his assistant, Jodi.
