Very experienced and accommodating primary care professional. Glad to have found him.
I like Dr Leone as as a doctor. I hate his staff. I called 2 days ago and still waiting for a call back. I left the practice and now my husband is. It is a shame but the staff is disrespectful.
Don't go if you care about punctuality
My issue is primarily with this office protocol and procedures. I've tried to renew prescriptions 2-3 times now and each time it's been a mess and taken several days. I need to call CVS pharmacy and have them resend their renew doc. and the Dr. office says they sent the approval, and that maybe CVS has their wrong fax #, etc. etc. Ridiculous. I spend lots of time explaining to the office ladies at this Medical group what's needed and how their requests/approvals are either incomplete or not being rec'd by CVS or the office j... read more
