Purchased two mattress May/2018. We were very disappointed, we orderd one queen and a full. Both were to be hard. For the past three years we could not understand why we both had back aches. We went to doctors etc. No relief. Due to the Covid and hip surgery we did not pursue the issue but now with the problem still existing and $3900 later we called and they said they would look up our file we are waiting to hear from them.
