Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. This company reliably sends great technicians for maintenance and repair. They did a nice job explaining, answering questions, and installing our heating and cooling system when the old one needed replaced.
Lauren was an excellent sales person and coordinator he helped me figure out my needs. Butch and Julio did an excellent job replacing my forty year old furnace with an entirely new system. Very pleased with the work. Would recommend Norwalk heating and air any time.
Best price around and a group of guys came and all worked together and completely took out my furnace and A-coil and outside central air unit and completely replaced with new. They were very professional and answered all my questions and explained everything to me and how to set everything with new upgraded digital thermostat.
