Toad and his crew and office staff are great. They help my daughter with her Airbnbs whenever there's an emergency, and bail her out of last-minute issues that come up so she doesn't have unhappy guests. We love this company!
I was disappointed with my experience. I provided a thermostat to be installed, but the technician said it was not compatible to my furnace. They were only at my home for a few minutes and still charged me $100 service fee without the installation. I understand there can be compatibility issues, but I don’t feel the charge was reasonable given the amount of time spent and that no work was completed.
I've been using Norwalk Heating for 20+ years always a great job, today they replaced my HVAC with a new system. What a amazing job Butch and Ryan did in one day complete install what a team. Thanks again for fantastic service. Darrell Boldman
